Why i need my Magnums

Having worked in the ambulance service for almost 4 years and being on my feet all day, it didn't take me long to realise my issue footwear needed changed. Word of mouth alone made me purchase a pair of Magnums and i have worn them ever since (3 1/2yrs). They are still in great shape with the soles amazingly still good with only the laces needing changed. I have since bought another pair to alternate and find them so light and comfy, especially when i kneel over or find myself in strange...

Magnum Viper Zip

This is my third pair in 19 months. The boot is very comfortable but the stiching on the leather to the canvas of poor quality. the steel cap works nice for my enviroment, but after wearing it for two to three months the inner cover of the steel tip wears away and no socks can last long with constant movement against the cap.
one of the downfalls of this boot is the shoe laces, they just dont last!!!!! max period of three months for daily useage.

Nijmegen Marches

100 miles over 4 days in Holland. I'd like to say I bought a pair of magnum elite spiders prior to training for this march. They're the most comfortable boot I've ever had, (especially in comparison to my issue combat boots) I didn't blister once in the spiders and happily trotted through 300 miles up to now. However the soul has now wore down to a state which isn't suitable to do this march again. But I'm impressed how they've lasted!
