Like walking the beat in a pair of slippers.

I have work boots since a teenager, being a in the Sea Cadets I was pretty accustomed to boots and always swore by them for comfort, however they were standard issue, when I joined the police in 2008 I had the opportunity to choose my own pair and went for Magnum's due to recommendation and the look and feel of the boot. A little over a week later and they were well worn in and felt like they belonged on my feet, I can honestly say with the exception of the first week it does not matter...

My Magnums and Me

I have owned a pair of Magnum Elites now for 2 years - they are worn 4 days a week, every week. They have been accross the Brecon Beacons 4 times, Snowdonia 3 times, the Alpes 3 times and the Picos Mountains once. They are still as good as the day they arrived, and I've never had any problems. Would reccomend to anybody.

My Boots

Walked 22 miles on Saturday from Pencilli all the way across the Brecon Beacons and back to Pencilli, Wales, UK. The Beacons are famous for being some of the toughest terrain around and most challenging for everything from weather to the rugged mountains. My Magnums were amazing!!! So comfortable, they were like walking on air!! Wouldn't want to wear anything else!!!

Mt Kilimanjaro

Magnum have never let me down and now i am using Magum Boot to train for a charity climb to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro in September 2010 and i woul love nothing more to have a new pair of Magnum Boot for the atcual climb, that would be a good test of the boot
